1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Law)
As a UK-registered business, we comply with:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In line with both Islamic principles and UK law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item is not as described
- The wrong item was sent
In such cases:
We will cover return shipping costs
A full refund or replacement will be issued promptly, In sha Allah.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
No unjustified delays will occur, in accordance with fair trading principles
5. Perishable Goods Policy
As we sell perishable goods:
Returns are not accepted for opened products unless they are faulty.
If the product arrives spoiled or of unsatisfactory quality, you are entitled to a refund or replacement
6. Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
Items have been used, opened (unless faulty), or damaged by the customer
There is evidence of misuse or abuse of the return policy
